24 Gauge Porcelain Steel Dry Erase Skins

Our custom sized peel-n-stick dry erase skins make resurfacing old worn out chalk boards a snap. These are a bright white, high gloss porcelain steel dry erase skin that are magnetic receptive. Now you can transform your old worn out chalk boards into the perfect magnetic dry erase writing surface.

You can resurface boards up to 12' long with a single panel and larger boards can be done with multiple panels. There is a white painted cover bar that allows you to use multiple panels without any gaps in between them. These cover bars can be ordered below along with the weighted installation rollers.

24 gauge thick, peel-n-stick, porcelain steel dry erase panels are cut at the factory to fit inside the frame of your existing trim. You don't have to remove the old boards off the wall and you reuse the existing trim and marker trays.

• Step 1: Measure the board surface accurately for a clean fit.
• Step 2: Thoroughly clean the old surface and test fit the new panel.
• Step 3: Spray a solution of dish soap and water on the surface to lubricate, and slow the adhesive.
• Step 4: Peel away the protective backing. Align, and apply skins a section at a time.
• Step 5: Apply pressure with a roller over the entire surface to ensure proper adhesion.
  
  IMPORTANT:
• When moving or positioning skins they must always be supported do not allow them to flex or kink.
• These panels are all custom cut to your dimensions so they cannot be returned.
• Remove the poly film coating that protects your new surface during shipment and clean the panel before you write on it with dry erase markers.
